Canada's Private Wellness Retreat is for guests that are looking for clear guidance and empowerment. It is a step-by -step roadmap to navigate through your transition, your healing and your transformation.
If you are faced with an unexpected change in your career or in your relationship or you are looking for a lifestyle change or suffering from a burnout at work or at home, this 1-1 private wellness program will address what you are faced with and guides you toward the desired outcome.
Getting a clear vision for what you desire requires often letting go of things that don't serve you anymore. Moving forwards requires clarity and confidence. Transition means to remove confusion and uncertainty and shifting toward a belief that serves you and excites you when you wake up each morning. This personalized retreat program allows you to deeply relax and to tap into your dormant potentialities.
We sometimes feel that something needs to change and at the same time we think that we should be grateful for what we already have. That inner nagging voice will not disappear; it will get louder over time. If this is what you experience, my best advice is to get support. Nestled on 25 acres on a mountainside with incredible views of the surrounding West Kootenay Mountains of British Columbia, Canada our wellness program offers a path to a happier, healthier YOU through personalized wellness programs and human connections.
Our holistic wellness program is well rounded and leaves enough time for relaxing, reading or taking a nap. The retreat facility sits high above the valley on 960m (3,150ft) elevation, all meals, daily life coaching
1-1 sessions, outdoor wood fired sauna and cold plunge, massages, first light therapy and grounding is all included in the daily retreat routine.
Whether you are stressed out and uninspired or a burned out individual, an entrepreneur or business owner, a c-level executive, an artist or entertainer, a designer or professional athletes, we will help you to reset, reconnect and reinvigorate your body, mind and soul.
Minor athletes accompanied by one of their parents are also welcome. The retreat has three bedrooms (queen size luxury beds) and two bathrooms and an open concept kitchen living room with a wood fired stove and an outdoor patio with seating. "I don't want to leave this place anymore" is what we hear a lot :-)
