Physical and non-physical (= mind) cannot be separated anymore. We depend on each of them but must learn to program our mind with the information required to be happy, healthy and courageous. We need heroes not victims. More than ever.
We need authenticity when we talk and the absence of ego when we listen. Each of us is a unique masterpiece.
We cannot reach the summit by accident. We have to cultivate our inner and external environment and have to become really good at doing our daily grind. It's in the trenches where we nurture our creative mind and find solutions to the challenges we ultimately face.

We learn by osmosis; we adapt to frequencies high or low and we become what surrounds us. We have to start asking ourselves if our environment correlates to our goals, dreams and desires. The covid crisis has been (and still is) teaching us how to handle and manage new territory. Life has taught me in the last three months that we all have our unique ways to see things as they are.
